If you purchase a plan through our service, we will ask you to provide us with the information about your country, company name and business legal address. Depending on your country we may also ask you to provide your VAT registration number. This information is required to prepare a bill.

Basic plan accounts are automatically deleted when inactive. An account is deemed inactive when you have not sent a single bug report within the past six months using your account.

Billing

All payments are non-recurring. You will need to extend your plan manually. One week before your plan expires you will receive an automated email with a reminder. An active plan can be extended at any time.

Financial information (such as credit card number) is collected and stored by a third-party payment processing company, Stripe Inc. (“Stripe”) (https://stripe.com/legal).
